Terms and Conditions

Scheduling Instructions:

Before your appointment, please ensure your vehicle is free of personal belongings and trash. Secure any valuable items prior to our arrival, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing belongings.

Pricing:

All prices provided are starting prices and may vary based on the size and condition of the vehicle. We reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

Accuracy of Pricing:

To ensure accurate pricing, we may request photos of your vehicle in advance. This helps us assess its condition and provide the most precise quote.

Deposit Policy:

  • Appointments Scheduled by Us: No deposit is required when we schedule your appointment via text or email.

  • Self-Booked Appointments: A $50 deposit is required when booking through our online system. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the total service cost.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.

  • 24-48 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost.

  • More than 48 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.

  • No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

All cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file or deducted from the deposit, if applicable.

Emergency Situations:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make reasonable accommodations.

Service Guarantee:

We are committed to delivering high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Liability:

While we take great care in servicing your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues that arise during the detailing process.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment Timing: Payment is due after the service is completed.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    • Cash: No additional fees.

    • Venmo: No additional fees.

    • Card: A 3.5% transaction fee will be added to the total amount.

  • Card Payment Details: We do not automatically charge the card on file. Payment must be made in person or through our accepted payment methods after the service is completed.
